Many (?all) regions do an antibody test, have a peek at info for you local blood collection region. There was a trial using antibodies last year, at Karolinska Institutet. No idea what is going on these days.

The various international projects that tested convalescent serum to treat sick people have not shown any real benefit so there is probably no immediate need for samples. I know there were some Swedish groups interested in this last year but there's been no news about this in many months so I guess they have dropped the project (as have many others in different countries.)
It is still worth being a blood donor in the usual way - it helps provide blood for operations and accident situations and if you have Covid antibodies, these are tested for in your blood donation, which helps monitor the frequency of recent infection in the population.
