English Language Courses in Stockholm

Hello,

I heard that there are English language courses offered for free by the government. Which institute is hosting them?

What are other recommended institutes that teach English from basic to advance do you recommend? It does not have to be for free.

I live in Hjorthagen, ?stermalm, Stockholm. So, I prefer something that it either in this area or close to it.

Perhaps you mean courses offered by the adult education centre run by the municipality. Look at your local municipality's website for something like:
komvux
vuxenutbildning
utbildningscentrum
