Hi, I plan to marry my girlfriend in Sweden. She is a resident but I'm not. Both of us are from non-EEA countries. Does it take long for non-residents to apply for the consideration of impediments? I'm wondering whether I need to get it ready in advance (I'm a resident of Finland).
