Employer failed to take long term illness insurance for entire tenure of employment(administrative defect). So compensated with higher pay(i.e., 6% more salary than what was mentioned in the initial job contract) for the entire tenure

Employer provided additional letter explaining the same.For Work permit extension, will Migrationsverket accept the compensation instead of insurance?
