Aren't we curious about everything all the time? I know that Alfredo is capable of googling but I ate this 1000's of times and loved it every time. I don't know the name of author but my congratulations to the inventor. smile.gif

To all you veggies in the house - have you got any good sites, tips on what to eat, recipes, etc, for vegetarian food.

I'm thinking of broadening my diet.

(Fish, eggs, milk, cheese all fine)

Shoot!

I'm sorry that I assumed your non-ability to google and suggested a recipe. Save me from 007, she will dig up all cook books and might sue me for eating this dish for so long without paying copyright money to the author.

You know, you have made me a happy Alfredo ...

I feel I've really made it, when women start arguing over my googling capabilities!

Merci bucketloads.

I may make Potato Latkes today evening. sounds easy to make and tasty.

unbleached flour: No idea what it is called in Sweden. So may end up using the vetemjöl. Is that ok or will taste strange???????

No James! I can't tell you how to boil an egg from my memory. I found this recipe and it is the same way my gradma/ma/aunt/mil made it but with proper proportions and all. I just cook it automatically without any recipe or measuring.

You won't be disappointed FishMan! Just go to a healthstore for the right flour or if you are not picky then use whatever you have.
