Hi all, I live in Varmland, in the forest near the town of Hagfors, about 100km north of Karlstad.
As I have various British friends travelling back and forth, we have shared transport occasionally to move things back and forth to/from the UK.. anything from personal effects to building materials, small or large items, as postage costs for anything heavy can be horrendous.
However as I'm sure a lot of people already know, various ferry routes to/from the UK have been closed and less and less people drive back and forth with the cheaper airlines making flying more attractive.
So I'm interested to find people who do still travel by road who would like to share costs for transporting goods to and from Sweden to (optimally) London Gatwick or Cirencester areas. It would be sensible to find people within say 100km of Karlstad to make it worthwhile, or who might drive on or near road 62 within Sweden - via Mora etc.
Just by way of quick example, I have a dented door on my car and ordered a 'new' one in the UK (it's there waiting for collection) for
