Madonna's new album is very disco and probably very camp, I actually think it is a great selection of dancey prancey get up and boogie tracks. I think and its only my opinion that EVERY song is excellent BUT then again I am a huge Madonna fan.

Also, the Gay community has supported Madonna throughout her career so maybe she decided to really pay us back. Plus Madonna has a brother called Christopher and guess what he is Gay!

The Stooges- "Johanna"

Although the Stooges (Iggy Pop's band) were American, something Kang pointed out to me is that Swedish radio plays actual music made by people, where US radio is all disposable pop crap or the same 50 classic rock songs they've been playing since 1979. That's why I stopped listening to US radio when I was 16 years old. The Swedish radio stuff Kang's played me sounds like the "underground" music I go to see in small clubs here. Rock's last bastion- Sweden!

OK, now it's Ted Leo- "Loyal To My Sorrowful Country"

Right now something mellow, Kuolema Tekee Taiteiijan by Nightwish.
I am getting my Nightwish box set next week via Finland. biggrin.gif
The happy part, I did not have to buy it through HMV, Virgin or any other big box record store. My nice, friendly, music-oriented store across the street gladly helped me out.
I hate going to the faceless, unfriendly, somebody looking at you like "why the hell are you buying that" look when you go to pay for it.
They can all go f**kthemselves, I will never, ever go back to a big store for music ever, ever again.
The boxset is from 1997-2001. Angels fall first, wishmaster, oceanborn and over the hills and far away. The discs are also picture discs, with a picture of Tarja on them when put together.
