Hi,
I've been thinking about talking to a CBT therapist but don't know where/how to find a good one. Have you had any experience with CBT in Stockholm?
I would appreciate referrals and resources on where to find one.

If you are going to search then you need to search for KBT and it will be expensive.
The best bet is to go to your husl?kare and ask for a referral. Under the system you are entitled to a number of sessions if referred so that is the best/cheapest option.
