The Local _ Cooking _ Frozen octopus recipe for Christmas dinner

Hi there! I have a whole frozen octopus to cook for Christmas dinner but I can't decide on any recipe as it's my first time cooking octopus. Any suggestions? I heard about 'octopus a la gallega' in the North of Spain it's very good
