You are allowed to stay in Sweden for 3 months and look for a new job if you have lost your job. So 1 week gap will not be a problem!

I don't understand! If you are unemployed, you don't have insurances. Migrationsverket knows that! You must have insurances for the whole period that you have worked not for the time you were unemployed.

If you don't have a job, how can you have insurances? But still you have 3 months to find a new job and reapply for work permit. That 3 months gap is okay

These cases all have some legal support. But they have stated explicitly in their website that you have 3 months time to find a new job so how can they support their rejection reason in the court?
Anyway, I had lost my job during Corona pandemic and was jobless for 3 months. Recently have applied for a new work permit. I will update with the result
