While the media has been quite slow and rather uninformative about the crisis that Washington has again created for the new Russian President, the fllood around Novorossijsk and down the Black Sea Coast of Russia is clearly made in Washington, and is intended to set back Moscow in the growing confrontations over Syria and Iran.

The cause is clearly the ionospheric heater that the HAARP facility has in Alaska which can heat up the atmosphere over the Arctic, and block the flow of resulting jet streams where it wants - in this case over the most important port that Russia has for dealing with military matters in the area, and economic ones in the international market.

The flood was intended to cause great problems in these crucial matters, and the Russian President was not caught by any surprise in this crisis, unlike the sabotaging of the Sukhoi airliner over Indonesia recently, and the sinking of the Kursk when he first became President.

No it isn't clearly anything of the sort. Once again you have made up a nonsense story to fit in to your deluded and paranoid fantasy world. The research of HAARP is somewhat of a cause célèbre amounts the scientifically illiterate conspiracy community as they lack the education to understand what it it really is and what it's facilities can and cannot do. As a result of this lack of understanding they resort to an argument from ignorance stating that as they personally can work out what they do there, therefore it must be nefarious.

This is silly. No system of large scale weather manipulation has ever been achieved, much less a system controllable enough to be successfully used as a weapon. As i have said many times before Trow, just because some bonkers nutcase has written something on the internet, doesn't make it true... oh and you realise that The X-files was not a documentary right?

Trow, humour me, can you explain how you can warm the ionosphere? It's impact on the layers above and below, which no one else has noticed?
Next how does this deflect jet streams, given that the energy's involved in heating the planet are huge, where does your weapon gets its energy?

If you don't know or can't answer, just post links to the credible proven data you MUST have used to establish this new theory.

I presume that you also have substantial data that PROVES beyond all reasonable doubt that this isn't just weather?
