I repeat...in my experience here that is the first thread closed for length and off topic reasons...
There has to be another answer??? Why close it and encourage it's reopening, when a warning notice would be sufficient??? |

A reversal of the burden of proof may work for a limited time (in which we are now), but not forever. Anyone who claims that Covid is a dangerous pandemic that goes beyond a severe flu wave has to prove it. Because whoever claims that something is, has to prove. Whoever claims that something is not, does not have to prove it, because something that does not exist cannot be proven. An important fact when looking at Covid is that there are no reference values ??for the absolute numbers, which are published everywhere without any criticism. No infection numbers were measured in previous flu and infectious desease waves. Increasing the number of tests to generate higher infection numbers is not proof. Neither The Local, SVT or any other media in Sweden so far has put the absolute numbers into relation to the number of tests that were made. They will never do so, because the results would cause them to lose their face. Reducing bed capacities in hospitals and then speaking of a higher occupancy rate, like it is done in Germany, is also not proof, but rather a fraud. The fraud is uncovered since the Helios hospitals publish their numbers independently. Another fact is that a PCR test cannot certify an infection and therefore has no legal significance. With PCR, DNA strands are duplicated. According to the inventor of the PCR process, anything can be found in anyone and then duplicated. This is rather useless for the detection of a virus, i.e. for an infection - with or without symptoms. But the heads of state in almost every country ignore this (not of all), as do most of the media. But there are always some exceptions, even with the quality or mainstream media. With the passing of the third amendment to the Infection Protection Act in Germany today, only two options for the people remain open: Constitutional lawsuits and the right to resistance, as the free-democratic basic order in Germany was de facto abolished. Incidentally, the right to resist is enshrined in the Basic Law; it does not require the consent of any judge. It all depends on the people - as always. |
