Hertz tend to do a self service system, where you enter your booking number, scan your driving licence and the machine dispenses the car key.
Most big firms, AVIS, Hertz, Europcar have apps where you can book online - but you still need to show (or scan) your driving licence at the pick-up point and collect the car key. |
