It is well documented what happen if you don't have all 4 insurances required for your entire stay: you get deported (people are being deported for less than that). So since you were not employed for a full week, pack your boxes. https://www.thelocal.se/discuss/index.php?showtopic=88810&mode=linear
You are allowed to stay in Sweden for 3 months and look for a new job if you have lost your job. So 1 week gap will not be a problem!

If you are on unemployment benefits from the first day you are not employed (there is a difference between being eligible and being granted unemployment benefits), you may have those insurance cover. If you are not granted unemployment benefits, you don't have those insurances.
I don't understand! If you are unemployed, you don't have insurances. Migrationsverket knows that! You must have insurances for the whole period that you have worked not for the time you were unemployed.

"You must also have been covered by health insurance, life insurance, occupational injury insurance and occupational pension insurance for the entire period for which you have held a work permit in Sweden." https://www.migrationsverket.se/English/Private-individuals/Working-in-Sweden/Employed/If-you-are-in-Sweden/Extending-a-permit.html
If you had any form of work permit during those 7 days and you were not covered by all insurance, you can pack your bags. If you were in Sweden without any permit, you can also pack your bags.
If you don't have a job, how can you have insurances? But still you have 3 months to find a new job and reapply for work permit. That 3 months gap is okay

You can rent the apartment you want, but you may get the permanent residency rejected if someone at migrationsverket think it is too small! https://www.thelocal.se/discuss/index.php?showtopic=88810&mode=linear
You can get approval for as much and as few vacation days you and your employer agrees, but migrationsverket can still reject you application on that basis. https://www.thelocal.se/20180712/im-being-deported-because-i-didnt-take-vacation-but-sweden-is-my-home
You can find your job on LinkedIn, but migrationsverket can reject your extension based on that. https://www.thelocal.se/20160422/immigration-deportation-bangladesh-linkedin
The list goes on, it is not because you can that it will not negatively impact your ability to renew/extend a work permit. If you don't have all the insurance during the full duration of your work permit, expect a deportation order.
These cases all have some legal support. But they have stated explicitly in their website that you have 3 months time to find a new job so how can they support their rejection reason in the court?
Anyway, I had lost my job during Corona pandemic and was jobless for 3 months. Recently have applied for a new work permit. I will update with the result
May I ask the reason for rejection for your case?

The Swedish government supports terrorism...Naturally you can back up that statement with some kind of proof...Can you???...I think there are people including me that would like to know...
"I regret every single moment I spent in Sweden and every tax dollar that I give them so they can support international terrorism. Note that they can get away with supporting terrorism"
