I accidentally used my email address for my username (I was in a hurry). How can I change this?

Click on your user name where it says "Logged in as" top left. Then "Edit my profile" and amend.

Thanks for your reply

When I go into Edit my profile, all I see is:
Location
Gender
Your Date of Birth
Your website url
Your interests

I can't see how to change my username
