Hi to everyone.
I would like to get a legal advice or a step forward on how to go about this.
I am an asylum seeker here in Sweden and my case got rejected 2 times.i do have a permanent employment with this company since i ahve been working with them for almost 2 years now and i would like to apply for a work permit visa.I have all the necessary documents in place but my employer does not want to fill in and sign the offer of emplyment form.i have tried all what i could but he keeps on changing stories knowing that i dont have much time left to do this and this document is one of the major requirements before your work permit application can be considered.Unfortunately i work in an atmosphere where there is a lot of discrimination and almost all the employees in this company speak same Language(Not Swedish or English of course). I have been in contact with Facket but they said they dont handle such matters .
please your advice on how to deal with this issue is highly welcome

Fill out the form 150011 and write that you will submit the other documents later. This will give you some time to have your employer change his/her mind.

Hi. I have tried to convince my employer for the past weeks but he openly told me he cannot provide any further documents and that all what i need is to use the contract. He mentained his words of not filling in the offer letter. I was talking to a friend and he suggested that we can still use the contract since its more legally binding than the offer of employment form...please help me throw more light on this..
thanks
Roy
