Commuting between Varberg and Goteborg

Hey!

Can anyone suggest me what are the best options for commuting between Varberg and Goteborg?

According to google, there are three different trains covering this: snabbtag, oresundstag and 029.
From what i read online, oresundstag is not reliable so wouldn't be an option to go to work. Snabbtag is not very frequent so wouldn't be a possibility either, being the first one scheduled for around 9am. Leaves me with 029 only, and i don't really know how should i google this one, since it has no company name.

Are there any other alternatives?
