I have been living in Sweden for more than a year now, since April 2019. Even though I have a stable income, which is being reported to Skatteverket, whenever I try to buy anything (like a mobile subscription etc.), my credit check is always negative; probably because I don't have any income as per their records.
I have also submitted this years income tax return. Do we know when this information is updated in the various credit rating agencies - UC, Bisnode, CreditSafe etc.?

Usually it is after midsummer when traditionally tax returns are completed.
That said you won't have a good credit rating until next year because you only had 7 or 8 months income last year. The tax year goes January to December here.
