HI,
Does anyone know any trafikskola that do MC license course in English. I contacted STR and they say that there is no book printed in English as they do for B-License (personal car). any help appreciated. |

In short. NOPE
Been there done that. I don't even know if you can take the theory test in English either. I ended up doing all of mine in Swedish. The driving test is definitely in Swedish. Usually some grumpy old bloke who wouldn't speak English even if he did know how.  Just have to learn some svenska. You can get practice questions online from STR for a price. Isn't Sweden lovely... Then you have to wait 10 years for the insurance to come down enough so you can afford to fill up the bike, and still have enough cash to pay rent and eat. It's legalized extortion. Unless you don't care what it costs. |

thanks for the reply.
strange that they do for car but not for MC. I can understand basic Swedish bit but not enough to understand the technical details in the book. |

At the risk of asking the dumb question, have you contacted the driving schools in your region ? I ask because the driving school across the road from my job here in Luleå has both car and bike courses. And they have 2 instructors who are very fluent in English. Where there's one, there's bound to be more. They may have English literature, or they may be happy to help explain the Swedish tenchicalities to you. For a fee, naturally, but you only do these things once.

Havent checked with any driving schools, I am sure they do in English. I was more worried about whether I can do the theory test in English.
I contacted Vägverket and they say that I can opt for an interpreter to do the theory test in English! |

good morning, does anyone know which website I could get the "practice" questions from for a Motor Cycle license? I'm not sure what the STR stands for
