This won't help you but my dealings with Klarna has always been good. They issue refunds immediately to my Klarna account or if it is to my bank account it is the next day. Klarna has online chat function to their support so you don't need to sit on a phone for 45 minutes. If you don't have time to sit by a computer they have email contact too. You are better off writing to them than writing here. |

Unfortunately I have opened a chat with them 3 times - the first two were helpful, but the last one was not. She told me if I wanted any more updates, to just call the line. Maybe I just got shit customer service on that last one... |

Could be, were you using English? If you select English then you could be diverted overseas. For example, Dell L1 support was in Sweden but after 16.30 it was in Ireland even if you selected Swedish. These days you can be routed depending on language. If you were directed to the UK it might explain the awful support. :-) |

You do realise that if you have a choice and are able to do, it is always better to pay with a credit card than a debit card don't you. You would then have an eventual claim against the card issuer.

I don't use credit cards. My house is my line of credit if I ever need it I threw my credit cards away about 7 years ago after paying them off and live off of cash now. It's a personal decision that doeesn't suit everyone, of course. |

In this instance, I would more feel sorry that you have so much free time as to read and waste this part of your life responding to an otherwise extremely dull question about a purchase refund. Have you not better things to do with your life? Corona got you down? Hopefully you have a better year this year *thumbs up* |

Yes, I have loads of free time, thanks for asking. Considering the contents of your post, I had a good laugh at your questions! But like I said, in the land of the Meatheads, no one expects you to suffer such an absolute tragedy alone. Try the hotline, cream-puff, it would seem to be exactly what you need. |
