Employer failed to take long term illness insurance for entire tenure of employment(administrative defect). So compensated with higher pay(i.e., 6% more salary than what was mentioned in the initial job contract) for the entire tenure
Out of 3 years and 3 months of employment in Sweden, long term illness insurance missing for 9 months Employer provided additional letter explaining the same.For Work permit extension, will Migrationsverket accept the compensation instead of insurance? |
