Hi

I have a work permit in sweden and i have doubts related to minimum pay rule for work visa.

Soon, I plan to go on parental and then I would get parental monthly money as per the rule and this would be quite lesser money as compared to my pay.

My question is - Does MV consider parental money as the salary for those money when I was on parental ? Also, as per MV the minimum salary is 13000. Is it the same for all the industry ?

Could there be an issue that earnings during my parental would be issue during my work permit extension ?

Tried to reach MV however it seems that their lines are closed and this is the reason, I am writting here.

If you receive parental leave benefits, you do not need to make SEK 13,000 per month.

@Case Officer : so if I am on my parental so there wont be any issue related to minimum salary and family income etc. If I understood correctly then I should not worry. Right ?

@case officer : one more query related to parental. I have my work permit extension in next 5 months and i have a son and husband in my family AND i go on parental in a month so minimum requirement and family income wont be a factor during my extension ?

Just make sure that your salary while you are working is OK.
