Tom Cruise is silly, but then so is South Park.

Ah! Opportunity! Wife one left Tom Cruise and complained that he was unable to make her pregnant. Wife two and he adopted two kids. He leaves her when she gets pregnant, supposedly by costar Ewan MacGregor. Now wife three is pregnant?!!!

No one touches this story, asks the questions, as Tom is so all powerful. Still, I don't believe it. Now, I don't know if he's in the closet, but I do suspect he's shooting blanks.

Now, with John Travolta in the closet, too. Well, an old post-college friend of mine was very much cruised by him in a bookstore, and invited back to his house, so...there's my contribution to the John Travolta is bisexual rumour.

There's my foray in the gutter today!

Re. Tom Cruise vs. South Park, I have to admit, I can't wait to see what the South Park guys are going to do next.
My happy guess is Tom Cruise and Scientology will make a regular appearance on the show now. The egos of some of these Hollywood folks are so laughable!
And, Isaac Hayes is a joke too. He had no problem making fun of all other religions until his sacred cow, Scientology, became the butt.
I just read today that L. Ron Hubbard's teaching declare psychiatry an attempt by an ancient alien life force to control humans.
And, one of the female scientologist priests, who had a son that was mentally unwell, was just stabbed to death this week by said son after being treated by this mockery of a church.

FR--Tom Cruise and John Travolta were put in closets on South Park. Ergo, me thinks they are referring to the long-time rumours surrounding the two of them.

Tom Cruise threatened not to promote MI2 if Comedy Central reran the South Park episode which makes fun of Scientology and really takes the piss out of his supposed homosexuality. It's one of the funniest South Parks ever!
Comedy Central is apparently owned by the same company that produced MI2 so Tom was unfortunately successful. Also, Isaac Hayes, the voice of Chef who is also a Scientologist resigned in protest.

For those who criticize this thread, here's a quick fix, go elsewhere.

FYI, this topic has significance in pop culture bc it touches upon censorship which is why its been all over the news

The title of the thread was clearly stated so I can only imagine you came on board to antagonize.

Cyberfluff, I agree that you should stick with the all important threads like your visa application or Kang's office meetings.

Ummm...Tom Cruise protesting someone taking the piss of him and his cult...er...I mean chuch...is not censorship. Its a child throwning their toys out of the pram because they were targeted for a piss take from a show that takes the piss out of EVERYTHING. Just like those idiots that riot over ther beloved prophet shown in a cartoon...

It should have NO sigificance...because Tom Cruise whining like a little girl is not significant...its stuff that belongs in those papers that are typically used to line the bottom of bird cages.

Oh...as for the reason "why" its been all over the news...people like controversy, so the news gives them controversy. People watching = more advertising = more money.

Really, are you for real? Tom Cruise didn't protest the episode, he had it removed from Comedy Central's lineup.
