Hello all,
I have a few questions about the ESTA to USA. I was arrested in Sweden and charged with ofredande last year I just got a 70 dagsbotter fine. I was just wondering if I now have a full criminal record here in Sweden and I am not able to travel to US under the ESTA program. I ask because a few people have said that dagsbotter is not a real criminal record. I am not a Swedish citizen, I come from the UK and hold a UK passport. But ive been living here for over 4 years now. I have been looking into it and on the ESTA one question states, have you ever been arrested or convicted of a crime that resulted in serious damage to property, a person or government authority. Which my answer is no. But i have been told you need to answer any and all times you have been arrested or convicted. I know i put myself into this position with my stupid mistakes but please help me. Thanks |
