Posters on public property

What's the law?

I have noticed many printed poster signs taped to public property, such as the temporary walkway between trains and buses at Slussen. Most of the posters are for concerts, movies, new album releases, and events. They get taken down weekly and new ones appear the next day.

Are there any laws or regulations regarding this?

I have seen men with a cart full of posters putting them up speedily. I assume some company must coordinate this across the city.

Many are well designed. I quite like them visually, as much as one can for advertisements.
