Hello,
My case is pretty sensitive and I was wondering if anyone has any info on how to know who your case officer is? I applied two weeks ago for my extension. Plus please shed some light (if you have knowledge) on this matter that when you visit migrationsverket (i live in uppsala and i am a international student) and want to discuss a serious problem, who you prefer to discuss with? 1. operators/people on customers desk (do they have reliable info) 2. reception ( can you rely on the info they give) 3. should ask for an officer/the person who has legit info about the situation? Thank you |
