Busar i bingen - what does it mean?

translation help needed

It's a name of a donald duck pocket. Bingen means bed right? So what does busar mean in this context then? It's clearly a noun here (plural). I thought it might mean something like noise, but then the translation (bed) for bingen doesn't make sense anymore.

Binge means bin and here specifically Scrooge McDuck's money bin (pengabingen)

Busar is the plural of buse which means something like thug or rascal.
