This is serious.
A lot of people have lost everything and I assume people have been killed. Nothing to make light of. |

I watched the Tsumani live on BBC news.
A terrifying thing to occur. I think it will be later in the day, before an accurate picture of the level of destruction and damage is fully known. The Tsumani is still fully on going. Going by what I saw earlier in the live feed, there must be loss of life in coastal areas. PS: The fires which were riding the tsumani wave, was something that raised my eyebrows. The way the wave just levelled everything was frightening. |

See live japanese news here ... (its mad). http://www.ustream.tv/channel/tbstv Good link. My japanese neighbour is trying to phone home to friends, but some of the phonelines are out. It took her a few hours to get through to her mum. According to my neighbour the country has taken a real battering, but they still don't have the full picture. |

I had close friends who were recently cycling around Japan with their 2yr old in a bike tralior! Watching this footage really puts things in perspective. The Qld floods & NZ earthquake were the worst thing to happen close to my heart but this is on another level!

BBC Radio 5 Live is getting phone calls and emails from Tokyo in continuing live coverage, but there are no communications with Sendai where the Tsunami hit

This is terrible! I think the death toll will be in the thousands. My heart goes out to all those affected.
And we will see more and more of things like this as nature will remind us who is in charge. We are so out of balance with Nature. We have to start changing ourselves on the inside. |
