Hello everybody
I have just arrived to Sweden some weeks ago. I found this forum and I have just registered, I think it is very interesting. I am writing because...woow I can't believe how much expensive it is here¡¡ I do not know many places in Sweden, just my city, Linköping. I was wondering if it is the same in the whole country. And, if anyone knows any "cheap" hairdresser's shop or barber shop etc etc here in Linköping, I would like to know too. Regards¡¡ |

Last Monday I was in Linköping Centrum for lunch with a friend. One think we both commented on was the preponderance of hair dressers around.
We happened to be walking in an area that I used to live in 10 years ago and a lot of businesses had shut down over the years and are now hairdressers including an Asian Livs that I used to shop at every week. We both thought that the prices have to be high because of the lack of customers. We passed 5 between the car park and the restaurant and none of them had any customers. I have not been to a barber for over 20 years when I was charged £20 in the UK for a trim that took less than a minute. Nowadays my wife trims around the sides when it is needed and gives the top a bit of a polish |

Costs 160-200 kr for a guy to get his haircut in Gbg. Fucking rip off, it was 8 quid in the UK.

There's cheap and expensive places..
http://www.frisörlinköping.se/ is probably not even all of them..In the end of the day if you cut your hair in the city center its expensive, if you go outside of town then its cheaper.. i wouldn't pay more than 200kr. |

Seven quid at my place in the UK including home visit.
Seven euros at my Barbers in Spain. Always let our lass cut it in Sweden rather than be ripped off. |
