Hi, any Americans married to a swede and have Swedish kids together? How long did it take to get a passport after you applied? Thanks!
Married to my Swedish husband, both our kids (3 and 1) were born here.
Applied on April 7th last year for citizenship and got my positive decision the day before midsommar.
As for the actual passport itself, I think it only took like 5 days after I applied for it at the police station? It was super quick.
