(edit title) Credit history at Utredningen Due to debts in Kronofogden Options

I work as a IT consultant in reputed company, and lately i was looking for renting an apartment in Helsingborg and noticed that all my applications being rejected! This was because of my credit history seen at UCs register.

Unfortunately, yes i had some taxation debts during April 2019 and this was because of my Income declaration updates made for 2015 and 2016 and the updates were made by Skatterverket during January 2019.
Due to notice not being reached to me on time, this debt was handed over to Kronofogden company.

My employer acted on it immediately and the debts were paid off.
But it doesn't help with all the remarks from April in my Credit Safe check and i heard that it will stay for 36 months. Is there any possibility of taking the credit list down from my name so that i get a clear history. This is stopping me from availing many things and none of it was my mistake.

It is making me look like irresponsible and careless to pay my bills and i will not be able to pay rents on time and none of the landlords are ready to accept my application for first hand contract.
