It has now been several weeks since we have not been able to use the letters ?, ?, ?. (aa,ae,oe) and various other symbols.
Can you please fix it. Thank you. |

Yes, this is a known problem. We're working on it.
By the way, if your username contains an accented character then you won't be able to post on the forum at all currently. We're working to fix that too. See the related thread: Problems logging into the forum |

What may assist is if you go into the Quick Edit mode, then it is possible to delete the offending letters/symbols, and then enter the correct Swedish letters. The Quick Edit is the only mode that works in this way. Full Edit produces the same mix-up again.
There seems to be a 'language glitch' in the two forms of entry - Reply, and Full Edit, but not in that Quick Edit. Somewhere it could be a coding error. |

Um, this is a site with a Swedish theme. What about ? Ah, yes, full marks then ! Works in Full Edit Mode too !
Now all I want is my Johno sign on to work again. It sends a password reset to my right email address, not to the guy in Germany, but then doesnt recognise the reset password. So 5/10 for that. Hence I am still Hallander. ps Who is the Gamla H?lsingebock loitering. The ? in a diamond spoils the effect. pps At least the Find Active Topics link is working again after not working this pm |

Now beyond a joke. Any accented characters as did appear in posts, now disappear altogether. As in posts above. Check also in the Foreign Property Tax thread where there was a block of text in Swedish !
It manages English speakers in Lule? in a thread title however. Wait - so old accented characters have been erased but new postings stay ?? Come back in 5 minutes and see if this is true  Testing ?????? - Can I believe it ? |
